The last batch of cooking classes called Kids in the Kitchen held at Fish & Co.  The Sustainable Seafood Cafe, sold out pretty fast.

all they need to bring is their enthusiasm for food and learning to cook. It is always very exciting teaching young people to cook as you really see their confidence grow

Book now for our next batch of exciting practical cooking classes to get the kids cooking and eating great sustainable seafood dishes. They will be become confident and safe cooks.
Back by popular demand we are braced to get all the kids back into the kitchen. at Fish & Co.

I had boys and girls prepping squid,and prawns, grilling tuna and making some great chocolate puddings for dessert. Children who previously said that they did not like tuna and squid were coming back for third helpings.

In these hands on classes Tom will provide the children with top kitchen tips and the confidence to prepare and cook delicious dishes and seafood that will amaze the family and friends.

There will be two cooking days per week for the 8-12 year olds with different recipes on each day so that the kids can come to one or all four days.

Wednesday 13th and Thursday 14th April 2011. 10.00am – 1.30 pm ( 8-12 year olds)
Wednesday 20th and Thursday 21st April 2011. 10.00am – 1.30 pm ( 8 -12 year olds)

Now for all those budding foodie teens 13-16 year olds we have a great hands on class
Tuesday 12th April 10.00 am – 1.30 pm

Parents are invited for the lunch prepared by the kids at 12.30 pm or alternatively pick up must be no later than 1.30 pm.
Closed toe shoes must be worn. We will provide recipe books and aprons and everything else that they will need to create some great food.
