In a pan with boiling water, add frozen dumplings, then on a high heat bring the dumplings to boil, then add one cup of cold water (to prevent the dumpling skin falling apart) and bring it back to the boil again then turn off the heat and they are read.
2. PAN FRYING
Heat up the pan and add some oil. Place the frozen dumplings in the pan and then add one cup of water. Place a tight fitting lid on the pan until the water is gone. Remove the lid, add a little more oil to the pan and allow the dumpling bottoms to become golden brown. Ready to eat.
In a pot add cold water and bring it to the boil on a high heat. Using a bamboo steamer, lay frozen dumplings and steam for 15-20 minutes.
