Wild Sockeye Salmon first cold smoked over a blend of French and American oak then cooked in the hot smoker. Expect a firm, drier texture, natural to this wild fish. Sustainably sourced.
Flake through a cream sauce at the last minute and serve with pasta, or mash up and mix with your favourite herbs, salads and mayo for amazing baguettes.

    It is smoky, rich, and flaky. I have used it as a topper for rice bowls, stirred it into crème fraîche with shallots and lemon juice and served with a green salad and mixed it in scrambled eggs. Now this is outrageously good!.
