At Fish & Co. The Sustainable seafood cafe in Annandale our aim is not only to provide delicious sustainable seafood to our diners, but, to teach them how to prepare it themselves. With Easter on the way, come and take part in our Practical Hands on Cooking Masterclasses at Fish & Co. so that you can impress your friends and family with delicious sustainable seafood dishes.

Our practical hands on cooking classes have been selling fast and so it is time to do a new batch.

The last master of the grill course was a great success with participants learning how to prepare whole squid and making a grilled squid salad with green papaya and roasted peanuts. I kept them busy with whole grilled Panang marinated fish and charmoulah marinated albacore tuna served with pomegranate couscous. There were a number of grilled vegetable side dishes that completed the meal that they created. For this next set of courses there will be a whole new batch of recipes and techniques.

All the recipes come from my books Fish tales and street food, which are available for purchase from the website and at Fish & Co. The sustainable seafood restaurant in Annandale.
Men and woman of all culinary levels are welcome to these inspirational, hands on and fun cooking classes

We will offer a full price list of the species and products available from the beginning of April.
We will need 24 hours notice for any orders with advanced payment.
There will also be booklets of recipes available to help your Easter seafood feast be one to be remembered.
