From a simple coffee plan to a Grand opening in under 10 weeks
Its hard to believe that only 10 weeks ago we were making plans to open a humble fish and chips cafe.
In that time and all the planing, creating and combining of interests has lead us to our opening last Saturday. We still hadn’t taken down the newspapers that were covering the windows and we had customers walking in and making orders. We are so thrilled with the response from friends and colleagues but more so from all the local community hungry and waiting for us to open. In Fact in our pre-Launch testing and training nights space was so tight we had to make do with what we had…
Our goal is to produce the best fish recipes and takeaway food in Sydney, We are also aiming to prepare pre-prepared meals and events so please keep an eye open.
