The feedback has been fantastic, with queues waiting for tables, and some customers establishing themselves quickly as regulars, returning the day after a dinner for take away. Others have been coming back 4-5 times in two weeks. One couple have already offered to back us in a next venture if we do one in a particular area. All of these tings are food for thought. When we are not all working 12 shifts a week with this venue then we will sit down and work out where next for Fish & Co no. 2. We are really grateful for the local support, and custom. With a few strong articles in Good Living and the Daily Telegraph and First Bite in the Australian, our opening month is definitely moving in the right direction.
