At fish & co The Sustainable seafood Cafe in Annandale we believe that we can offer something unique to our customers with new sustainable fish recipes both on the menu at the restaurant and now for you to try at home. Through my love of food i want to be an inspiration to others. I love to teach, and pass on techniques and recipes that I have collected from around the world. We are offering a whole series of sustainable cooking classes at Fish & Co both for the festive period and the school holidays for the whole family.
At fish & co we are running three separate programs of cooking classes
In these hands on practical classes Tom Kime will provide you with top kitchen tips and the confidence to make delicious festive food that bring some culinary sparkle to the table. The recipes will come from Tomâ€™s award winning books. You will learn to make each dish, then enjoy a lunch with matching wine and take home a collection of recipes.
These classes are available for everyone of whatever age and cooking ability in the kitchen
