Tom has written five books and appears regularly on Ready Steady Cook in Australia as well as Market Kitchen for the BBC and with Rick Stein.

This year he presented his own TV series called Tom’s Kitchen in New Zealand, celebrity judge on Master Chef and was recently reviewed at Fish & Co by Sydney Weekender.

All the recipes come from Tom’s books, Fish Tales – Stories and recipes from around the world and Street Food, both available to purchase.

Signed copies of four of Tom’s books are also for sale.
