My husband Glen Hill and I operate a fishing and processing business in the Lakes and Coorong Fishery based in Meningie, South Australia. Glen goes out in his 5 metre aluminium dinghy to bring in his catch which is then processed or packed for market by our great team. We operate our business in a sustainable way by having solar power, capturing rainwater, buying energy efficient equipment and utilising the whole fish for a variety of products. Consumers can be reassured by the MSC certification of our seafood and we are excited to be associated with Tom and Fish and Co.
