We have had a great response to our feast of Sustainable seafood and wine as part of The Sydney International food festival with the 20th October completely sold out.
We only have one more date the 27th October 2010 left at Fish & Co in Annandale with a few spaces available.
For the sustainable seafood and wine dinner we are working with one of our most prestigious New Zealand winemakers. The sustainable focus of Yealand’s Way is making them renowned as a leader in the world of wine.
Tom Kime and the wine maker will introduce the tasting of each course matched with specialist wines and will be available for questions during the dinner.
Guests will receive canapÃ©s and champagne on arrival and then a tasting menu of six sumptuous sustainable seafood dishes matched with Yealand’s delicious wines.
The price of this exclusive dinner is $130 per person with every guest receiving a signed copy of Tomâ€™s new book â€˜Fish Talesâ€™ â€“ stories and recipes from sustainable fisheries around the world rrp $45
