At Fish &; Co.  The sustainable seafood cafe we want all our customers to enjoy eating sustainable seafood What better way of doing this than by running some practical hands on cooking classes so that you can learn some chef tricks of the trade. We at Fish & Co on Booth St Annandale have designed some courses just for the guys out there. if you want to impress with your BBQ prowess this summer then these courses are for you. This is a hands on master class for the men who want to enhance their ‘grill skills’.

Tom will provide you with top kitchen tips and the confidence to prepare and cook delicious seafood that will amaze your friends and family.
You will become an expert in seafood preparation and be able to prepare fabulous sustainable seafood dishes.
Why not come with some friends so that you can catch up, relax and learn some great new dishes for this years BBQ season

From 2-4pm you will master the grill and then sit down with a beer and enjoy your seafood feast. You will go forth from this class with so much confidence and knowledge that you will be the ‘master of the grill’!
These classes will be great early Christmas presents for any man in your life.
