“Sunday 22nd July is an Adult cooking class 2-5 pm Hands on practical cooking class about sustainable seafood and alternative species to use. $130.00 per person. Sunday 29th July 2-5pm is a Parent and Child cooking class. What better way to get you kids interested in fish and sustainability then cooking together. This is a hands on practical cooking class $150.00 per pair of Adult and child Each pair receives a signed copy of my award winning book Fish Tales winner of the World Gourmand Award ‘Best Sustainable Book 2010″
